Office is well run. I was taken by the Techician in a timely manner. Every item I was to touch was cleaned with alcohol prior to it being handed to me. He was pleasant and explained everything that was done for this initial work up. Dr. Li was lovely! Very thorough - and explained along the way. Because of my history of a retinal tear, she wanted to have me refracted, which I completely understand. The Technician that did the additional testing was efficient, explained before each test, and was courteous. Dr. Li saw me again, and examined me to be sure I was ok-which I was! Front office was equally efficient and friendly. I felt that I was well taken care of and in good hands.

I was having an issue with my right eye. I decided to make an appointment. I ended up being treated by Dr. Tung who was great. He treated and resolved the issue. I look forward to continuing eye care with Dr. Tung and Long Island Ophthalmolic Concepts.

From the beginning of check in thru all the eye tests the staff was accommodating and perfect in every way. Staff was understanding of hearing handicap and walker. They moved furniture when needed and repeated directions endlessly. They spoke clearly and made me feel welcome. The doctor was completely brilliant and understood my problem. Thank you for such a smooth appointment. One hour from start to finish. I felt valued.

Latest visit(2022-12-19), still wonderful, Dr. ROMSITONG and her staff, Ariel, and the rest of the team cared for me. Great place, Dr. Ramsitong is professional, knowledgeable and caring. The staff is also great! I unhesitatingly recommend this practice.

I am very happy with my visit. At age 82 my vision is stable I continue to be able to ski without glasses. Replacement lenses are working well. Thanks to Dr Tung.

Dr. Li was extremely helpful and nice. Also appreciated additional explanations. I’ve visited the Great Neck Office several times with good experiences, however when visiting Little Neck the wait was over an hour to have my stye looked at. In the future hopefully the staff will review appointment times with more detail.
Update* I scheduled a follow-up appointment requesting an appointment time with minimal wait time, and was well accommodated!

Dr Sing-Your Li was wonderful! She carefully listened to all my concerns and made sure she thoroughly addressed all of them. I have seen multiple ophthalmologists through the years, and none gave the careful attention and detailed answers Dr Li gave me. Would recommend her to all my family and friends.

It’s our first time going to this office. The location is easy to find. We didn’t wait too long to be seen. Dr. Li was super nice, friendly, welcoming and very engaging with her patients. I will recommend this office.

No delays in seeing the doctor and his staff. Very thorough evaluation and very courteous and competent staff. Doctor Tung is comprehensive and reassuring and always explains things to his patients in a way that is comforting. I would highly recommend Dr. Tung.

All the girls and guys in the Great Neck Office are awesome . Very structured office very detailed and you feel your in the right place for the care of your eyes . Dr .G. Tung is so through and knows exactly what he is asking and what the end results will be . If you’re looking for a professional knowledge office this is the place .

Great experience at LIOC. I went to the Great Neck Office. Minimal wait and very well organized office staff. I went to see Dr Li. I love her attention to detail and she explains everything in an easy and consise manner. I highly recommend this office for all your Opthamology needs.

I've been going here for years because they have the most professional ophthalmic practice in Nasau County. Dr. Tung is a highly skilled eye care specialist. He did both my cataracts and has provided all my follow-up care for the past dozen years. I'm completely satisfied with their practice.
