My first time here and the staff was super friendly. Very minimal wait time (less than 10 mins). My appointment did not feel rushed and the doctor was gentle and kind.

Dr. is an excellent eye doctor.
My husband had cataract surgery with him and I had narrow angle glaucoma procedure.
He is professional and very knowledgeable. I would def recommend him. He also has a great sense of humor.

I always have a positive experience when I go to LIOC for my check-ups and when i have an issue with my eyes. They are friendly, efficient and caring. The staff schedules patients appropriately. I never have to wait long before I am examined.

This was my first eye exam at LIOC. I was seen at my appointment time and received a very thorough exam. Dr. was extremely pleasant and explained things clearly and answered any questions I had. His office staff and technician were also very pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased with my visit and will definitely be returning for future checkups.

Dr. and her staff have been very thorough whenever I've taken my elderly father to see them. Dr. Raimsotong does a great job explaining the various tests she performed re: my dad's glaucoma. She made things easy for us to understand. She's patient, kind and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Tung and his staff are superb. I generally go for check-ups at the Office in Great Neck. And I have been doing that for longer than I care to "admit" -- well over 20 years! The examination equipment has been modernized over the years -- exponentially. But the hands-on examination and evaluation are always performed expertly by Dr. Tung.

The entire experience was very positive, from the front desk, to the technician and of course Dr. This was my first visit to Great Neck, as I usually go to Little Neck and I was very pleased. The staff takes their time and answers all questions. Thank you..

Saw Dr at the Little Neck location. She was on time, very thorough answering my questions and going into detail. I did not feel rushed and am very happy being in her care. The staff is friendly and professional.
Parking is sometimes a problem so allow a little time if you are driving.

We were seen within a few minutes of our appointment time, no waiting around. The staff was courteous and explained everything to my satisfaction. They streamlined the process so that the 3 of us were seen simultaneously. Very happy with our visit.

Every aspect of each procedure was positive.
All staff were extremely pleasant, provided clear explanations, and thoroughly answered all questions.
Wait time was minimal and office environment was very professional, very clean, and with COVID protective measures strictly in place. I have recommended Dr Tung to family and friends in the past and would certainly continue to do so.

Dr. Sing Your Li is not only thorough and precise, but her personality shined, and I felt so comfortable with the LIOC staff. They are so friendly and organized. I would like to give LIOC 10 STARS ⭐️

Everyone was super friendly and I was in and out in no time! Plus, I was actually able to get an appointment to see a doctor the next day instead of waiting 1-2 weeks like a few other places I tried. Will definitely be my go-to for eye care from now on!

LIOC is a caring bunch of eye professionals. From the front desk personnel to the eye doctors, it’s an environment which makes me feel secure my eyes are well taken care of! I highly recommend them, especially the Romsaitongs. I’ve now met both husband and wife, and they are courteous, capable, and warm!
